Michael and his Idol pals, put on a rockin’ show that was free for everyone on Friday night at the train station! The audience loved it and you can clearly tell they all had a great time too. Many thanks to Funjet Vacations for sponsoring this fabulous show!

MJ performed two fan favourites from Idol..”Dream On” and “We Will Rock You/We Are the Champions”. The finale was “All Right Now” with Michael taking the lead! Love the way he always sings with such passion and his beautiful powerhouse voice can’t be beat!!

Guests attending New Year’s Eve Barefoot Formal at the beautiful Casa Dorada Resort and Spa in Cabot San Lucas were treated to an evening of incredible singing, lots of fabulous dancing and huge amounts of fun.
Kudos to musical director, Michael Orland who we know and love from American Idol.
According to tweets, looks like everyone had an amazing time…what a way to end 2011 and bring in the new year!
Included in the Idol lineup was our shining star, Michael and his talented pals, Melinda Doolittle, Ricky Smith and LaToya London. So many fabulous dancers too!! “Dancing with the Stars” performers included Louis Van Amstel, Anna Trebunskaya, Jonathan Roberts, Chelsie Hightower and Dmitry Chaplin. “So You Think You Can Dance” dancers were Allison Holker and Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss.

It was great that both Lori and Dawn were able to make it to the show. Hopefully, “Pastyann”, from our blog was able to make it too!!
What a great cause!! By all accounts, they had a fabulous time and brought us back some wonderful media. Thanks ladies!!
The bands for the evening were rockin’ and Michael, always amazing! The guys in the Jonas band played first. Next up was Jeff Foxworth’s band, Weekend Excursion, and then MJ who performed 4 fan-favourite songs with Jeff and then 1 song with W.E. The final and very special treat of the evening was MJ singing some of his new Christmas song to the girls

Whenever Michael sings the National Anthem, he absolutely kills it!!! He has the best rendition out there and he is asked so often to perform it at all sorts of large sporting events…the Dodgers have had him back to sing it several times!!
He sang both “The Star Spangled Banner” and “God Bless America” at the September 21st game against the Giants.

Both Maja and Pat live across the world from most of us and have never met or seen MJ perform live..our hope is that someday it can happen for them!

Friday evening was such a special evening at the Viper Room…Michael just slayed it!! His setlist was nothing short of brilliant, singing fan favourites and two outstanding news songs…each song he performed was amazing..from the most tender to the most rockin’ ever!

I have to say that the band was fabulous and we’d love to see more of this collaboration
Kevin Haaland on lead guitar, Dan on bass guitar, George Holdcroft on keyboard and sax, and Philippe on drums!! Anyone would think they had played together for years..it was awesome! (especially on Ramble Tamble!!)

The room was packed and there was all sorts of support for Michael from fans, friends and other celebrities. I want to add that Stacey looked absolutely beautiful and it was great to see her again!

Michael was in great demand by everyone wanting to congratulate him after the show.. he was just wonderful and thanked everyone for coming out to support him!!
It was such a fabulous night and everyone wants to thank-YOU Michael!!! You absolutely slayed it and I think everyone would agree it is up there with their favourite shows! Both your new songs are so beautiful and we just can’t wait for your single and album release!

Michael treated his friends and the packed Tin Roof Cantina on August 20, to an amazing evening of music! He sang so many fabulous classics and took many requests during the evening. Brian Wiltsey, MJ’s very accomplished guitarist from his Tin Roof Days accompanied him and they did some singing together as well..it was fabulous! He also had a few other friends come up to sing a song or two! What a night to remember and listening to MJ’s killer voice for at least 4 hours was just outstanding and a dream come true!! WTG MJ and thanks for such a wonderful time!

Michael killed it at Molly Malones this past Saturday night!! His setlist was just to die for..According to the LiterateGal’s tweets Michael sang “Statues”, Roy Orbison’s “Crying”, “Redemption”, Adele’s “Someone Like You” and “Taillights” (the one that is named as “Redemption” on The Rising Myspace).

We were so lucky with tweets, twitvids, pictures and videos from fans that attended and I know I can speak for all of us who weren’t there….a HUGE thank-you to everyone who shared!
MJ’s song choice was spot on and I think that “Crying” and “Someone Like You” showed off his voice to perfection!!

WOW!! Looks like an awesome and action packed time at the Moon Palace Resort’s 2011 “Summer With The Stars” event!! MJ appears in the video a couple of times..once swinging his golf club and the other upon stage…check out those fangirls up at the stage when MJ is singing!! What a star he is!!!!
You will see lots of familiar faces and based on tweets during and since the event..everyone seems to have had a blast!!
