Michael and his Idol pals, put on a rockin’ show that was free for everyone on Friday night at the train station! The audience loved it and you can clearly tell they all had a great time too. Many thanks to Funjet Vacations for sponsoring this fabulous show!

MJ performed two fan favourites from Idol..”Dream On” and “We Will Rock You/We Are the Champions”. The finale was “All Right Now” with Michael taking the lead! Love the way he always sings with such passion and his beautiful powerhouse voice can’t be beat!!

What a great cause!! By all accounts, they had a fabulous time and brought us back some wonderful media. Thanks ladies!!
The bands for the evening were rockin’ and Michael, always amazing! The guys in the Jonas band played first. Next up was Jeff Foxworth’s band, Weekend Excursion, and then MJ who performed 4 fan-favourite songs with Jeff and then 1 song with W.E. The final and very special treat of the evening was MJ singing some of his new Christmas song to the girls

Michael made it to Texas despite terrible weather conditions and was one of the guest performers at the “Red, White and Black Affair” in Arlington. This was part of the Jordin Spark’s Super Bowl Experience benefitting her “MAD” (Making A Difference) charity.

Sharon, one of our longtime MJO members and particularly known for being a “finder of news”, was able to go to this wonderful and worthy event. She not only brought back this lovely picture, she got videos for all the fans, spent time with Michael, Stacey and Puddy, met Jordin and got Larry Fitzgerald’s autograph for a young man in Perth, Australia!

We were also entertained by her tweets that evening and I just want to say a huge thank-you to Sharon!! You made us feel as though we were there with you and we’re so happy you had a such a great time.

MJ..you sounded amazing!!

Michael performed two amazing back-to-back sold out shows at the Mt Airy Casino this past weekend!  Quite a few MJOers were in attendance and had the time of their lives!

Michael is such a natural and talented performer and I have never seen anything like the way he engages his audience..if you ever get a chance to see him perform live, grab it because you will be amazed!!

Michael Johns came out next; he was a top five finalist from American Idol season 7 and was just as good as Brooke. He seemed more relaxed than Brooke and quickly made jokes and really tried to please the crowd. He made jokes, asked to have the lights turned on in order to see the fans and seemed like a really down to Earth guy with an amazing voice. He sang a lot of covers with only one or two original songs and ended with a duet with Brooke White.

The duet started out rough because it didn’t seem very rehearsed; which was actually awesome. Michael Johns started playing his guitar and one of his strings broke, so he ran back and got a stool but then his microphone wouldn’t reach, so Brooke actually started holding the mic down for him…they were laughing, singing and it was great! There is a lot of chemistry there; you can really tell that they are real friends and just enjoy being on stage.

They truly sounded amazing and I could have sat there all night long; either of them could sing any song ever written.

The show was amazing and lasted about 2 hours. The post show meet and greet was very unprofessional and really needed to be more well planned out. Everyone was basically standing in one little room and when the musicians came down, you just had to fight and push to get to them. Money of them were being pulled in several different ways so they couldn’t really talked to you; with the exception of Michael Johns; he went out of his way to talk to you; the others just sort of said “hey” and signed the autographed and moved on.

Good Morning America must of known MJ was in town because they had him in their window..lol Enjoy.. All in good fun..:)
