Michael is a Celebrity Judge at “The Search For Cinderella”

Recently, Michael was invited to be a celebrity judge in the search for a Cinderella!
Lythgoe Family Productions, MPI Entertainment and Jason Haigh-Ellery (producers of ”Footloose”, ”The Wedding Singer”) and the El Portal Theater have partnered with Westfield shopping centers to present “The Search for Cinderella”. The winner of this competition will star as Cinderella at the historic El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood at the end of the year in the premier production of Cinderella.
This production of Cinderella will be a magical musical extravaganza in the style of a Traditional London Panto. The age old fairytale of Cinderella will be set to modern day music with a comical twist.
Participants will be auditioning to the production staff, as well as 1-2 celebrity judges at each location. Celebrity guest judges include Kara DioGuardi, Mary Murphy, Adam Shankman, Mark Ballas, Michael Johns, Benji Schwimmer, and Director Bonnie Lythgoe.
