Malaria No More – Michael Johns sticks it to the $10 bill
April 22, 2010

Thanks to Scott Case from his Malaria No More twitter, we have this awesome picture and tweet of Michael lending support to the Malaria No More $10 campaign. WTG MJ!! You always make us so proud and this life saving organization helps so many people!
Michael Johns says #ten2end www.malarianomore.org/ten http://twitpic.com/1hgcjk
You can read more about why MJ is holding a special $10 bill and all the life saving work they do at the Malaria No More website
We’re taking over the $10 bill to spread the message that just $10 can buy a family a mosquito net to protect them from malaria. Over 863,000 people died of malaria in Africa in 2008, most of them children, but it doesn’t have to be this way. That’s why our goal is to spread the word on 863,000 ten dollar bills to make sure malaria deaths keep going down.
It’s time to make the message stick that $10 can save lives.
Here’s how it works:
•We give out Malaria No More stickers and ask people to STICK them on $10 bills.
•People SPEND their $10 bills
•The bills SPREAD THE WORD about the fight against malaria

Thanks, Michael, for always saying “yes” to helping out charities!
Love you MJ!!!!!
Thanks for being soooooooo awesome!!!!!
Just one of the many reasons we think you’re so awesome – always ready to stand up for something you believe in. Cheers mate
The sticker campaign was a great idea, but apparently cuts to close to “defacing currency.” It seems fine to me, it’s easily removed, but I got an email today from Malaria No More asking us to stop putting the stickers on money…
