I wanted to apologize for not writing lately. I have been so busy it’s insane. I feel like my new life involves only planes and recording studios
I am so greatful to be working this hard but i am so tired.
I have had so many wonderful experiences over the last year all due to you guys. You put me here, you continue to believe in me.
As many of you know i am singing the National Anthem in Atlanta this weekend for the Pep Boys 500 Nascar. Wow what an honor to be infront of 200 000 people and millions on TV, singing what i think to be one of, if the not the best song a singer can sing. I cannot wait although i am nervous. I believe it will be live on ABC at 2pm EST. Hope i kick butt on it.Also the album is coming along great. I am so happy with the songs and the sound we have. It’s very soulful yet still rockin and fun. I know you guys are gonna love it. I wanted to get a single out in Nov but with all the appearances and travelling i’ve been doing we’ve run a little behind. I won’t rush anything just to rush it. Besides until Jan/Feb i have the David Foster and Friends DVD coming out i have the Shaun White Don’t Look Down Documentary coming out on ESPN with a full CD of songs attached too. So there is new music for yall just not my first single just yet. Also we are in talks right now to release a Christmas song i wrote. It would be an acoustic performance of the song. Its calles Another Christmas.
I love you all for the support and again i’m working so hard to give you guys an Album that is truly timeless.

I am breathing a big sigh of relief today!!! You came back to MySpace where SO MANY of your fans are and now this wonderful Blog entry! Today is definitely a GREAT DAY! I saw and heard you singing the National Anthem at the Cubs game. It was just OUTSTANDING!!!! Just do the same thing & you will surrely knock it out of the park. I am so incredibly excited to hear your Christmas song! You sound so amazingly beautiful when you since acoustic, and you are such a talented songwriter. I know it will be absolutely perfect! And I can’t wait to see you on David Foster and Friends. There is so much to look forward to that I really wasn’t totally bummed when I heard your single wouldn’t make November. The new Jan/Feb timeline seems much better. And it’s easy to be patient when so much is going to happen to hold us up!

In case I have not mentioned it, the music you’ve put out before is already timeless as far as I am concerned and I have no doubt the coming album and the Christmas song will be the same.

What an amazing surprise to find this blog today, thanks Michael! I can’t wait for the Shaun White cd to come out, what I heard on the documentary was brief but I know the songs are going to be fantastic.
I can’t wait for your album and am glad that you are being careful and making sure to put out a quality album and not just rushing to put anything out. Also glad to hear the album will feature your soulful and rock side, I love the combo!
