Michael and the rest of the top 10 Idol contestants (there are others?) will be on Larry King Live on Friday, May 23.

Via Larry King @ CNN.com

It’s an American Idol blowout with David Archuleta and David Cook! The winner and runner-up join Larry with ALL the finalists for a preview of the summer tour. Part one of a two-part special!

Don’t miss a special second hour with your Idol Favorites on Monday, May 26!

Don’t forget to set your DVR. Of course, we will have video up as soon as it makes its way to us.

Thank you SassyK for the tip!

Maybe they will record Larry King earlier during the day and then later he will fly to Las Vegas.
Or maybe they will record this on Thursday.
Are Larry King shows always live?

Just guessing here, but Michael did say he was going to Perform St. Elmo’s Fire that day.
    So we will see.

    I’m assuming it’s pre-recorded. I’ll see what I can find out.

I’m thinking maybe it is recorded because of the second part airing Monday? Then again, it is LK Live — maybe he will be “excused” from this commitment? Hmmmm….
